PeriFerry x Cloud Software Group

In 2024, we collaborated with PeriFerry on a critical project called 'The Inclusive Manager Program' that focuses on educating our People managers (India) on workplace biases, Inclusion practices and driving sensitization. PeriFerry did a fantastic job on curating the content that is relevant to Cloud SG journey along with the facilitation over eight sessions through the year. As an enterprise they work within the transgender space, the facilitators are able to bring real life examples and create a space for open discussion and disent.
